Pets Uniting People Society (PUPS) shares the news of education, awareness, and responsibility in animal welfare every opportunity that comes thier way. PUPS is committed to bringing awareness to the over-population of free-roaming cats in Clark County, Ohio, and vows to deal with the overpopulation humanely. Their team of Stacey Picolo, Judy Benning, Susan Pike, Dave (Dottie) Smiddy, Rosemarie Benning and Carolyn Hayes attend as many public events as possible, passing out educational materials about PUPS and others.
